- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I am a Platinum Honors account holder that has banked with Bank of America for over 15 years. I usually receive impeccable service at most branches but this branch is the exception. Understaffed and very poorly managed which means I force myself to drive a few miles elsewhere. It is a shame, given that I live a block away and I also own a retail business in the same center.
